Anchored at Maxwell Chambers Suites, Linden operates as a conflict-free platform, acting both as counsel and as independent neutral. The chambers focuses on cross-border disputes, particularly those involving Asia and the Gulf, and is regularly engaged on matters arising from infrastructure and construction projects, energy and natural resources, and complex commercial transactions.
Its practice spans international arbitration, commercial litigation, project counselling, dispute avoidance and adjudication, and mediation.
The establishment of Linden reflects a strategic focus on delivering senior, partner-led disputes work in a flexible and collaborative manner, including working alongside in-house teams, co-counsel from other law firms, and institutional stakeholders.
The chambers is led by its founder, Paul Teo, who has over two decades’ experience in international dispute resolution, including senior leadership roles at global law firms across Singapore, Hong Kong and Mainland China. Commenting to Global Arbitration Review, Paul said:
