Paul Teo to Speak at Singapore Convention Week 2026 Panel on Chinese Outbound Investment and Cross-Border Disputes

Linden Law Chambers LLC is pleased to share that its Founder and Managing Director, Paul Teo, will be speaking at “When Megaprojects Go Wrong: Chinese Investment and Cross-Border Disputes in Southeast and South Asia”, a panel discussion co-organised by WongPartnership LLP and King & Wood on 26 August 2026 as part of Singapore Convention Week 2026.

The panel will examine the legal, commercial and practical challenges that can arise when major infrastructure and investment projects involving Chinese investors encounter difficulties across multiple jurisdictions, as well as the dispute resolution mechanisms available to address such disputes.

The discussion brings together practitioners and industry professionals with experience in Chinese outbound investment, infrastructure development and international dispute resolution. The issues to be explored are of growing importance across Southeast and South Asia, where Chinese investment continues to play a significant role in the financing and development of major projects.

Paul looks forward to contributing to the discussion and engaging with fellow speakers, clients, colleagues and friends attending Singapore Convention Week 2026.

Linden Law Chambers LLC is delighted to participate in Singapore Convention Week 2026 and to support the continued development of Singapore as a leading international dispute resolution hub for arbitration, mediation and cross-border dispute resolution.
